They are protected opinion, not assertions of objective fact, and reflect our view as of the date of publication.
Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal, accounting, security, or procurement advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, invest in, acquire, or transact with any company or security. You should not rely on the Site as the sole basis for any decision and should conduct your own independent diligence.

Quantitative metrics (such as funding, headcount, growth, web traffic, and hiring signals) are drawn from third-party sources including CybersecTools and Return on Security, and from public filings and company materials, and are attributed where used. We do not sell rankings or favorable coverage. Where a relationship exists that could reasonably be seen as a conflict, we will disclose it.
05 Intellectual property
The Site's original content — including the division taxonomy, the rubric and methodology, the written verdicts and analysis, and the Markets InSecurity, Kumite, GTM Exposure Index, Revenue Governance, and heretics brands — is our intellectual property and may not be copied, republished, or used to build a competing product without permission. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link.
06 Third-party names & trademarks
Company names, product names, and logos referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary under nominative fair use. Their use does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership between those companies and us.
